SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Processing and Shipping

Amazing Earth products are hand-crafted and made in small batches at each client’s request. We process all orders within 1-2 days and ship out via USPS First Class mail, DHL Worldwide, or UPS with expected delivery time ranging within 3-5 business days within the US or 2-5 weeks  internationally depending on the carrier. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. All shipping rates are calculated on the check-out page.

We also ship to Europe and Canada.

Our Return Policy

At Amazing Earth, we take great care in hand-crafting all of our products and expect our customers to be delighted with each purchase. But due to the nature of how we make our products we do not accept returns.

However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us us immediately as we are more than happy to resolve any issues that may arise due to an error on our part. Simply follow the guidelines outlined below.

Guidelines
• If an item arrives damaged or broken, please photograph the item and email us the picture, including your order number. Once we receive the email we will begin the process of shipping out a replacement to you with standard shipping within 7 business days.
• If you receive a different item than what was purchased, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the wrong item including your order number. Once we receive your email we will begin the process of shipping out a replacement to you with standard shipping within 7 business days.

Please note energy healing sessions and crystal facials are non-refundable.
